You only need to do one important thing: be nice to our techs! It’s their job to make your life better, not the other way around. Don’t be afraid to ask if something isn’t clear. We’re happy to talk about it. After the magic is done and your garage door sings again, you need to pay. For your ease, we take cash, checks, and most credit cards.
We Stand Behind Our Work
Why do we promise our work for 90 days on both parts and labor? Because we’re proud of the work we do. It’s kind of like an insurance contract that will protect you from stress. This promise does not cover normal wear and tear or if you use your garage door for strange things (like a rocket launcher, which is an excellent idea but not a good idea).
It’s okay if things don’t go as planned sometimes! If you’re unhappy with our service, the best thing to do is let us know right away. If you’re upset, let us know, and we’ll do everything possible to fix it.
